How a Christian can vote for Donald Trump

My response to BENJAMIN L. COREY

Q: How are you able to support someone who is famous for unwholesome talk and constantly putting people down?

A: All throughout scripture God has used men most "righteous" people would not approve of. From Samson who loved women so much it was eventually his downfall, to David who committed adultery and even killed Uriah to cover up his sin. In the new testament we see Jesus call matthew the despised tax collector and Paul who at one point was even persecuting Christians. Think of the parable Jesus gave of the two men asking forgiveness at the temple steps; one thanking God he was not a sinner, boasting about his righteousness, and the other just broken and begging God for mercy. Jesus asked, who walked away more justified? He answered; the sinful man. This question in fact has resounding similarities to the self righteous pharisee. God chooses whom He deems fit for according to what His will is at the moment. A wise and righteous judge in times of peace and building, and a crazy adulterous soldier in times of battle. Are we not in a time of battle?

Q: How are you able to support someone who speaks so poorly to women?

A: It is obvious that words are far more important to Democrats than action. Obama said all the right things yet faught to diminish the constitution, faught for the LBGTQ agenda, faught for the murder of babies, and even had scandalous ties to the cartel and ISIS. Trump verbally assaulted a women who in fact verbally assaulted him first, yet fights for Christian policy more than Obama ever did but still this is where the Christian Democrats attention goes. Jesus gave us a parable about this one also... two sons were asked by their father to do a task, one responded “ok father” yet did not tend to this task, the other refused initially but later thought better of it than did what was asked of him. I would liken this question to defending the one who said he would do the task but didn't? Its policy that defines the man and not merely words. Faith without action is dead.

Q: How do you deal with the conflicting imagery of Jesus dying for his enemies, with Donald Trump’s constant calls to torture them– and even kill their families?

King Solomon said it best: "there is a time for peace and a time for war". Putting Trumps words in context you can see he is not advocating for killing innocent people but referring to war time tactics. Of course the left as usual has to stretch these statements to fit their false narrative. Paul writes in Roman's 13 that God establishes governments and we should submit to them entirely. Meaning in all areas, voting, serving in office, and yes even war. It's a tale as old as time from Joshua taking back the promise land to David cutting off the head of the Philistine. Its ugly but necessary in the ongoing fight between good and evil. So put within the context on which it was spoken, Trump is not promoting sin but sovereignty which is biblical.

Q: What changed between Bill Clinton and now? Don’t you think you owe him an apology?

A: Everything changed. Clinton signed into law he The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, H.R. 3355 and kicked off the war on minorities, or how about H.R.867 - Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997 incentivizing the separation of families (i will say this was by-partisan in that it was introduced by a republican and signed into law by Bill with a 416 yeas and 5 nays), and more. Then Obama came in office with a very communist like agenda weaponizing the fbi against political opponents (Russian hoax), weaponizing the irs against conservative citizens (The IRS scandal), and a very totalitarian approach against freedom of speech even throwing one journalist in jail via selective prosecution for making a documentary staining Obama’s name (although they did it by means of a technicality in regards to donating to a political campaign, we can all read between the lines), and if that’s not convincing there’s always The surveillance of Fox News reporter, James Rosen... everything changed. Us Christian Conservatives realized a cold civil war had been activated against us and our Christian values. It was then we realized we needed 1. An outsider 2. A business mind and 3. A fighter and not the same old puppet rino. That's when we saw the unexpected Trump who encompassed all three.

Q: Are you feeling okay?

A: I am now. But I almost wasn’t under the anti-Christian and anti-American president Obama. Trump was the best thing to happen to Christian Conservatives. He may not be the polished politician we’re all used to. He may say very stupid things at times, but his actions through his policies are what matter to us. Because as well spoken and polished as Obama was, his actions were very much against us Christians. From abortion, to putting men in women's bathrooms. And after taking the time to answer these 5 questions I would venture to ask you this... when's the last time you read your bible?

With all this being said, I would also like to add context. Trying to unseat an incoming, duly elected Republican president by the means of four faulty FISA warrants, based off a DNC paid and fake dossier, and an entrapment scheme like we've never seen, all leading to weaponizing the fbi to spy on the Trump administration. All of this has been the greatest act of treason we have seen in America, far greater than Watergate. Considering all this maybe the American people, in particular my fellow Christian Conservatives can have a little more understanding as to why Trump has played hard ball the way that he has. He had to face Hillary, the fbi, the state department, all the way up to Obama before ever even getting elected and even two years into his presidency.

I'll end with a question of my own... why all this effort to unseat an outsider? Maybe because they know he works for the American people and not them... God bless America, and God bless Donald Trump #Trump2020 #MAGA #KAG
